Our Story
Ceviche Nayarit was born in Palmdale, California, a fishing town where life and the table were always full of fresh seafood and good company.
We are four siblings who grew up surrounded by the sea, learning from a young age how to recognize, clean and prepare the finest seafood. The recipes we share today came from our family gatherings: long afternoons sitting together, experimenting with flavors, laughing and learning from our parents and grandparents.
Each dish was created through togetherness, curiosity and the desire to surprise one another. Coming from the coast gave us access to fresh ingredients and the confidence to innovate, while always respecting the tradition and authentic flavor of Nayarit.
What started as a family custom became a passion and, over time, a legacy we want to share with you. In every ceviche and aguachile lies the memory of those tables full of stories, love and pride in our roots.
